Student Membership

Student Membership in the Academy of Managed Care Providers^® is available to any student registered in an accredited school, college or university.  Upon graduation, you may convert to a General Membership.

The Membership application may be accessed by pressing here.  You submit the form online if you are paying by credit card or you download the form and mail it with your check.
