Certification costs

Those applying for Diplomate Certification must be a General Member of the Academy of Managed Care Providers.  The Diplomate application suffices as your General Membership application and these processes will occur simultaneously.

The costs associated with the Diplomate Certification process are as follows:

• General Membership Application: $175 (regular membership); $125 (Internet-ready membership)
• Diplomate Certification Review of documents and examination: $125
